I knew that when after the day I don’t lose weight, my weight will decrease a lot, but not this time. Few days ago I cheated then I ate a lot of food, so this time I though that my weight would decrease only a bit.
Anyway, this week I change the size of sweet potato from big to small, I really love that. Small sweet potatoes are sweeter and more odorous. And I don’t have to cut it to make it fit the pot when boiling, so the flesh is not too watery too. I’m sure that I can stick with this sweet potato diet for a long time.
And lastly, this week I eat a lot of fruits which I overbought them. While shopping I didn’t feel like to eat snacks and desserts, I craved for fruits and vegetables and sweet potato.
