SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 38
LIFT DAY

Missed Lift Day yesterday due to shortened gym hours. Spawned moment of humor and witty diatribe on youth sports parenting now memory-holed by FS, which deletes my post draft every time I take a sip of coffee.

Calories down, protein up. Still tracking under 2000k, down 20% week over week. Scale moderately compliant. Visibly leaner with a bit of water off. Elbows fine? Four days off. Treatment. Swelling seems to be mostly gone. Still hurts a little, but everything hurts a little.

Shopping and chores mostly done. Food prep this morning. Need to marinate the skirt steak I cleaned up yesterday. Put on a batch of pulled chicken and put together a couple pans of spanokopita before the spinach I prepped last week goes bad. Then to the gym.
