SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 34
REST DAY

This app has now twice deleted my post. I can take a hint and will refrain from regurgitating my latest gymsanity rant. Except to note that it involved my favorite low rent squat rack, one of those fully geared full drama quarter squatters, and one of those giant rubber bands that the trainers all love - one end tied to the top of said squat rack and the other - I shit you not - around said athlete's neck.

Squatted 12 X 205, up 10# and 7 reps over target. Full depth. Good speed in and out of the hole. Slight technical breakdown on last couple reps. Benched 8 X 185, up 10# and 3 reps over. Incline benched 4 X 135, up 10# and one rep short. Plus ab super sets.

Couple tacos, no cheese, for lunch. Giant Sweet Tarts pre-workout. Beef kabobs, roasted onions, yam and chunky monkey for dinner. Under 2000k for second consecutive day.

Raining. To-Do list awaits.
