SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 28
REST DAY

Nailed the gym timing yesterday. Later was definitely better. Plethora of available squat racks and chin bars. Rows up, chins down. Tried to make up previously missed chins right behind rows. Missed 2. Duh.

Don't tell Dr. Doom, but the sauna reopens today. I'll take it.

Fucked my diet plan with a stop at the 7 eleven and smash burgers at home all pre workout. Plan was to just have a little anabolic chunky monkey post workout, which would have kept the day under 2500. Couldn't get that shit to freeze for the life of me. Again. Resorted to seared Teres Major basted in butter and garlic. Delicious, but it was a little late...

This may be my new favorite steak. Lean like sirloin. Flavorful like chuck. Nearly fork tender. $7/pound a the restaurant supply.

Feeling better. Getting back on top of logistics. Shit's moving forward. Sun's out.

Glad you had a good day! We are on vacation in our RV and I'm lucky that our campground has a fitness center. I did a moderate workout cuz gonna swim later and probably ride my bike tonight. Always opportunities to workout, weather inside or out! 💪💜😎
