🤷‍♀️💪🏻
I can’t really decide if I want to spend so much time on logging and weighing my food as I was in November when home with my broken foot. I dropped to a long time low of 172. Once I returned to work I quickly went back to 179-183 which is a range I’m trying decide if I’m ok with. What I discovered is that my life is exactly the same at 183 as it was at 172 except I’m much more free when it comes to logging etc. I’m also lifting heavier and feeling great. So here we are 🤷‍♀️ I may just lay back at bit and accept the 179-183 range based on daily fluctuations. Or I can try to get down to a 175-180 range 🤷‍♀️
Meh, life is great. I’m fully 💉 and survived my 48 post 💉 haze and sleepiness. Happy Sunday!

This is my dilemma. I love my size and strength at 200 but I miss the leaner look of 185. I'm trying to get down to 190 and will decide what I want to do from there.

What I would look at is now that your lifting heavier you should see a body recomposition that will make you forget the scale! I was lifting heavy back in 2017 & 2018 and was in the best shape of my life. Then my mom came to live with me and it was hard to find the time, then covid. Our gyms just opened back up and I’m ready to get back to heavy lifting. The one thing I did was take measurements weekly and the inches lost more than made up for the negative weight loss. The muscle just firms you up so you look and feel so much better than skinny fat! Lol I’d not worry about the scale and carry on! 🏋️‍♀️

That’s it Diablo, it’s the leaner look that when comparing I’m drawn to but I do love my strength 💪🏻 Even my trainer commented on how strong I’ve gotten. Let’s see...
