Yesterday I cheated with grass jelly added with sugarcane sugar, but I compensated by not adding peanut to the meals. The result came out that my weight decreased.

Yesterday I learned about vitamin b12. Vitamin b12 is byproduct from gut bacteria, so it’s mostly found in animal poop, but in animal intestines it’s absorbed, so it can be found in animal meat, milk, and egg too.

That gut bacteria is also found in human intestine, but it’s at almost the end of big intestine, so it’s not absorbed.

In Thailand some farmers use fertiliser from animal poop, so the vegetables and fruits contain vitamin b12 as well as animal products. But I still think that I should take supplement.

Normally I oppose all supplements, but in vitamin b12 case I think it’s essential. It would be best if farmers mix poop fertiliser in the ground. But I’m not really sure about agricultural methods here.
