So after a trying week... No real careful calorie Counting and increased gym activity im back to my birthday weight.. my calorie restriction starts again feb 1... For now I'm just going to b mindful and track when I feel like it and let this last week be about strengthening... As of deb 1 I'll have 2 weeks till my cruise so I'll put my nose to the grindstone to look my best... Feelin really good about how my body is changing..
