SPRING CUT - DAY 47
37 Hours Fasted

I'll take it.

Wide awake at 0230 and weighed in the same, so thought I might pick up another half a tick by morning. As it turns out, I should have just gotten up and gone to work!

Pretty pleased to have kept my fast overnight. Was grinding from 0600 and on the road all day, so by the time I got home with my haul of strip steaks and chicken from the restaurant supply, right at dinner time, I was primed for fasting failure. Not sure how I got everything broken down and stowed without taking a bite, but I did. At my desk sometime afterwards, I caught myself fantasizing about grilling up a couple NY Strips. Literally drooled on my desk. WTF. Anywho, somehow survived that moment and kept the fast.

Woke to Rich Roll interviewing the Quest bar dude around 0400. STRONGLY RECOMMEND for you fellow capitalists out there. Especially if, like many of us meritocrats, you have developed a tad of disillusion in this sordid age of bailouts and other rampant nonsense.
