昨天整天的飲食:
第一餐:自己調的膠原蛋白飲+花生全麥土司1片+牛蕃茄1顆.
第二餐:鮮芋仙冰甜品1碗
第三餐:炸雞排1塊.雞腿1支.雞翅3支
60.4 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.3 kg a Week
