Same weight as yesterday.
I didn’t took photos of what I ate yesterday, it was vegetable noodle soup added mushrooms, some bananas, and in the evening I ate a snack called red sticky rice, it’s a snack made from sticky rice, coconut, coconut milk, and coconut sugar.
I had some peanuts and protein as well, without protein I wouldn’t have any protein in my diet, and without peanut, my diet would contain too little calories.
