Well, it's been a rough couple of days of idleness and one day of eating poorly. All is not lost, because I witnessed my own CICO response. I ate too much for the little stuff I did and my gain in body fat is the result. Yesterday I ate under goal but had very little activity. I met my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. BF↑0.3% and is at my upper goal limit...

@HCB, I live in central Virginia. Yes, it has been unusually cold the last few weeks. We are preparing for ice storms again tomorrow. The Carolinas often have milder weather than we do here. We love the beaches in the Carolinas...
