My waist today is 85.5cm
I’m fat and my weight increased almost 2kg last week, but my waist doesn’t seem to change 🤔
Yesterday I ate only pumpkin pudding and grilled squid (with lots of seafood sauce and a bit of cabbage) for my dinner.
This morning my abs are still sored from Friday’s workout. And I don’t know that should I eat or fast to quickly recover from soreness, and even I decide to eat, what should I eat?
