15 Hours Fasted.
Getting my bacteria under control!
Reverted to OMAD again yesterday, but with better food choices. Hanger steak and slaw. BTW - Hanger steak was on sale at the Restaurant Depot for like $3.90/#, less than 80/20 ground chuck at the Safeway. Boneless skinless chicken thighs were 0.91/#. Strongly recommend for anyone feeding a family.
Feeling better than I have in months this morning. I'll take it.
