Damn, I have to dieeeeeetttttttt
55 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week

I just made a diet program, check it I’m sure you’ll like it! We can do it!!!💪 It’s amazing that we all started the same day, we have to cheer each other up! Never give up girls!

Nice ✨ Basically I’m stick to kinda the same plan for myself but I’m doing my best to have fruits in the first part of the day in the evening if it’s bad I’d rather go to blueberries, 🫐 strawberries 🍓 or bananas if I really want it🍌 Apples are digested for too long 😓 Also actually I saw that salmon 🍣 affects me in a good way so I’m having it every now and then ^^

If just to track time I’m using “Zero” app before had one more that tracked time and water intake but was too much hustle to add every glass in there 😅 si just stick to the original one and have to make sure to drink enough water 💧 daily

I really follow the interment fasting for a week, so this app helps me a lot. Because the main thing is that the body gets used to this schedule. Then you can don't use the app. I don't keep track of water very much😂
