I’m such care free yesterday.
As planned I should’ve eaten only some grilled chicken with lots of vegetables. But it ended up I ate yogurts a lot.
I happened to go out too, bought a piece of bread then I broke out, eating sneakers, noodle, ice cream.
Today I’m becoming a bit strict to myself preparing to get back on fasting again.
My goal is to lose visceral fat as much as possible before the gym open again.
