I’m such care free yesterday.

As planned I should’ve eaten only some grilled chicken with lots of vegetables. But it ended up I ate yogurts a lot.

I happened to go out too, bought a piece of bread then I broke out, eating sneakers, noodle, ice cream.

Today I’m becoming a bit strict to myself preparing to get back on fasting again.

My goal is to lose visceral fat as much as possible before the gym open again.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 16.8 kg a Week
