Yesterday I cheated with an apple in the morning before having breakfast.
From today onward I’m going water fasting. I’m expecting to lose 1kg of fat each 4 days. And I want to lose around 4-5kg, so I’m going extreme by fasting at least 16 days straight.
I will write my condition each day to let everyone know what happen to my body and what I feel each day.
