Carnivore for the last week. Killed all processed foods (sausage, packaged cheese, etc.) and non-animal fat after D1. Fasted Tuesday dinner - Thursday dinner. First successful fast since before Christmas. Re-fed on steak and pulled pork, but later succumbed to the craves and whipped up a bagel and a grilled cheese. Felt like a binge, but total carbs for the day were about 100g and not much more for the week. Zero gain on the refeed. We'll see if that holds....
Going for a 72 hour fast followed by a steak refeed Sunday.
