Started tracking today.

- Need to factor in fitness routines to modify cal intake surplus/ deficit.
- tracking to rule out possible foods that may exacerbate allergic reactions, exercise induced urticaria, dyspepsia, arthritic/ pseudo gout like symptoms.
- streamlining good sources of natural nootropics/ phytonutrients to include into the daily regimen.
- to reach ideal weight, bmi and then maintain improve enhance physique/ productivity.
- recipes/ teaching myself to cook healthy.
