I’m not feeling well since last night. It felt like I had a cold, felt sored at the back of my neck with hot breath and diarrhoea too.
So today I’m gonna skip my workout and relax my diet a bit, I’m gonna take Yakult around 8 bottles, 4 bottles at once then 1 bottle each next hour. This will rebalance bacterias in my colon.
And I’m gonna have some small slow digested carbs like raisins or mung beans too. I just feel like to cheer up myself a bit, no reason for this.
That’s what I planned for today, which I’m feeling well.
