60 bicep curls
60 hammer curls
60 Arnold presses
60 lateral side lifts
135 over hand grip pull downs
135 under hand grip pull downs

It just isn’t 🤪 Low weights, burn out, endurance, good 30 min session and I added 15 min of core. Whatevs. I’m not doing my hair today or tomorrow 🤣
