Heavy heavy shoulder, back and core work out yesterday. I feel sore, tense and bloated. Ended the day with close to 1800 kcals but I needed it all to nourish my body after beach and party day on Saturday.

Today is a rest day. Rest days are such a weird concept lol. Today is my date night with my nail technician 🙃

Have a great week. Be safe. Don’t binge. Don’t starve. Fuel your body regularly. Nourish your body.

And wear your mask when you go outside your home.
