7/4假日跟家人一起都忘記要紀錄,晚上吃了迷你煎餃6顆,炸鱈魚條1(去皮)、蝦子1、水煮蛋1
晚上游泳400公尺,假日體重上上下下~哈哈,這次減重什麼都吃,愛吃的都吃但都吃一點點,比以前完全都不碰,會挨餓都不吃,效果好像好一點,再加一些運動,反彈沒這麼快
