Up and down. Up and down.... My body feels heavy and puffy. Had a great resistance band and HIIT session yesterday followed by a 4.5 mile walk. Also my body is protesting sleep since I got up 215a all week for work I ate a lot yesterday and still feel satisfied. Perhaps I’ll just drink coffee until noon time. Should not be a biggie. Today I’ll try to rest and “only” go for a long walk. I’m thinking 8.46 miles like I’ve done the past 3 Sunday’s or so. 8.46 miles is in honor of George Floyd. Make it a good one y’all!
