So I took some time away and I am starting everything over this week! Weigh-ins will take place on Teusday afternoons. Working out will be at a minimum of Curves Circuit once a week adn yoga twoce a week.
Nutrition will exclude added sugar, high fructose corn syrup, white bleached flours, meat other than lean meats, no high fat desserts, no high sodium foods, no chips, fried foods...eat yummy nutritous food high protein adn lots of veggies. And drink lots of water!
