Yesterday was a lift day with a focus on abs and legs. I barely ate "Poorly" at 114% of goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF up 0.1% and is in range for the ninth day in a row. I'm actually surprised by the weight loss this morning. My guess is that working my legs hard helped. This year my goal is to keep hitting the gym throughout the holidays and see what happens...

Thanks Fritzy and Bill!!! @ Fritzy, I still had a pretty good size deficit according to my fitbit and it was a lift day. I'll be paying the price if I keep doing that all during the holidays...
