Cut off two Breakfast a week & Reduce salty Dinner food => Result: lost 0.5 kg per 02 days!
70.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
