I have been busy driving the last two days helping my Sister relocate from Atlanta to Virginia. I drove about 9 hours each day and ate on the run. Both days I ate under goal but missed my protein goals and missed all activity goals. BF is up 0.1% since Wednesday and is 0.5% out of range...
