How long did it take you to feel really, really consistent. Like your habits just settled? I feel like I'm working every single day to resist the temptation to let go for just a while... It's like my brain wants to just relax but I know I dare not. Well, not for more than a meal or two. I know it is going to be a life long journey... I just want to know if you find it easier now? 😁

@Melissatwa, Controlled eating does get to become a habit after awhile but I can't say I'm totally there yet. That is why I do my maintenance here on FS. Logging and tracking my calories in and out is the real habit I have formed and that has served me well. Yes, I find logging easier and I actually enjoy crunching the numbers. I still take it one meal at a time...
