昨天开始喝中药调理便秘,似乎还没有见效,因为两天了并没有排… 医生说要加大运动量,除了步行10000步以外还加了半小时有氧操,今天居然涨了900g?what??? 是因为喝中药还是因为运动?😩

还有一个因素,我昨天睡得太晚 才睡了5小时49分钟,没睡够6小时,脂肪是不是没有充分燃烧?Anyway 今天涨了这么多 就是不甘心为自己找各种借口不嘛 不要嘛 厌倦

我是标准的熬夜星人,平均日睡眠6小时,除非通宵不睡觉,否则便便也好、脂肪和肌肉的增减也好基本都是正常滴~我个人猜测一切还是和吃有关,热量吃够营养达标又不超标,一切就都正常了~✌🏻
