假日後的三天不更新體重😂😂😂星期五再更新!
話說昨天開始斷食只喝水!今天跟昨天體重差了1.7公斤!起伏也太大🤔還是因爲星期一晚上偷喝了ㄧ手啤酒😅還吃了ㄧ堆麵又沒啥睡的關係🤔
50.9 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Laimay 還沒48啦!早上量的時後是27小時😅,是少了1.7沒錯,但可能是我星期ㄧ晚上喝太多啤酒吧😂😂
