昨天晚上吃滿滿的體育館壽司
真是漲肚到不行
回程也是昏睡😞果然飯不能多攝取

今天乖乖在家吃,
晚餐吃半碗炒飯😅

諾麗果粉13次
深蹲50下+核心+拉筋第3天
68.4 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
