4月了,紀錄一下,53.7 / 27.6 / 2 / 19.2,每天都差不多這樣很久了🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️,想再⬇️個2、3公斤真難🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️,大概是根本沒認真吃和運動吧,每天都亂吃,天天麥當當⋯ 也好久沒舉鐵了,話說好一陣子沒舉鐵之後,原本持續固定舉鐵的穩定不下的体脂就下來了,其實我早就發現了,只是不明白原因,我個人而言啦⋯ 今天終於能放假回家煮自己爱吃的,不用吃外食⋯✌🏻✌🏻

體脂其實看體型就會準 像最近肚子的肥油長起來了 體脂計看也是上升中隊長要不要換一台 會不會妳油跟肌肉都有少🤔🤔🤔
