又要開始變重了嗎?挫著等😱😱😱
50.7 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

早餐吃太多了!先喝了400以上的水再吃了跟昨早一樣大顆的芝麻饅頭塗花生醬一顆、 起司片半片,然後又吃了桌上女兒昨天剩下來的1/4個紅豆餅和一小塊爆米香,接著又喝完一杯300~的黑咖啡 😱😱😱

看晚上的體重已經一天比一天重了!😓😓依慣例早上體重也會增加,只是不知會不會一下子爆增而已😭😭 常常白天還正常的體重一到傍晚就突然爆增😱😱😱
