54키로 진입!!! ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
전날 저녁에 빵먹고 런닝1시간에 강하나스트레칭했더니 그래도 체중은 내려갔다
결혼이후로 첨보는 숫자라 더 잘지키자!!!
54.9 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
