斷食很容易復胖 要注意身體機能 餓太久對內臟不好 防彈咖啡 比較適合生銅飲食食用 除非你喝了 不吃任何澱粉 否則防彈咖啡熱量油脂很可怕的

如果不吃生銅喝防彈要注意油脂攝取量,TDEE要吃夠適度的運動比較不會復胖
