The less stricter I go with my diet, the more I reduce weight. I think the theory "Calorie restrictions may reduce BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is true."
97 kg Lost so far: 15 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
