You not wasting your time stay focus take it from somebody that love sweets I gave them up. Try Keto diet different things eat just cutting down on your carbs. I’m down 12 pounds in week in half I believe I have to check see what day I started. haven’t started exercising yet just walking. Stay positive you got this believe you as we believe you as well good luck. I also do jump start I got off here for three days then take four days off.
