158d 8am 31⬇️ 😅😅 廣告不是說了 是吃不肥的減肥便當和甜點嗎??🙄🙄👃👆🏻👃👆🏻⋯ 昨天是真的吃太多了,又整天工作坐著、教練請假、还有一百種理由寫不下 🤣🤣⋯ 今天上班、工作忙碌,少吃一點好了⋯ 因為明天下班被好姐妹強迫吃蘇阿姨😭😭,早知道說有事,好想拒絕

我今早也整個大水腫!昨天午餐拼盤飽到晚上,結果晚上想說早早去客戶家早早回,哪知道又煮馬祖老酒麵線荷包蛋+一碗碗粿⋯⋯⋯飽到頭頂了
