感冒已過三個禮拜才好 為了感冒快好當然的感冒藥不離身 吃到最後自然的體重也悄悄往上爬的趨勢 感冒的這段期間只能補充營養 體重會上升不意外 再接再厲吧~
60.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
