這兩星期不是失控一直在吃豬腳和肉皮凍補膠質還一直清冰箱甜點又跑去買蛋糕😭😭😭,要不是因為肌肉量有少少少許的增加我可能要😈😈😈

話是這樣說沒錯可是我每天越吃越多也很麻煩😰😰😰我看我之前每天熱量搞不好都逼近2000😭😭😭好多沒法計算熱量的,最近想把油脂比例降低點😢😢😢
