排空肚子 到了新低點
昨天忍住想狂吃零食的念頭了
但明天應該還是會上升...
早上豬隊友還叫了麥當勞來吃😡
我沒吃就是了哈
體脂很緩慢的下降 31.8 內脂6
找時間去量inbody
