最近青菜吃太少了
相對肉類和蛋白質攝取太多..
又太晚睡
該好好調整作息和飲食內容了
63.5 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
