體重雖然有上升,但是很正常,來完只有有1-2天最輕,維持49.4三天了,今天有慢跑40分,很久沒那麼有體力跑了
49.4 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
