I used to work my core regularly but stopped for no real reason besides laziness and complacency. So here we are, getting my shit together 😂
Still not allowed to add weights and no leg action. I think in about 2-3 weeks I’ll be cleared to add weights. 🤞

Have you tried a Pilates class before? The method was designed for treating injured dancers, so as to keep them toned while they healed. It's the most intense core workout I've ever tried.💚

I have not but thought about it. I used my core a fair amount when squatting and dead lifting but since my injury in July. Just getting back into things now. Slowly and smartly.

I do Pilates. It truly sounds sissy but it’s NO JOKE!!

I’ve heard Pilates is super hard. I may add to my new routine. Do you think twice a week would be sufficient on top of lifting 4 days?

I go twice a week and it’s amazing. I also do resistance training 4-6 days a week and it complements the workouts. Plan on a recovery day after your first class.😊💚
