Ok m feelin sick again for the second day in a row... Worse today.... Still tracking today however.... Had some soup... And a yummy little bowl if these veggie mixes they had in the caf.... Regardless tomorrow I'm back at the gym unless I'm dead... Took two days off of my two mile dailies... Im ok with that tho bc it wasn't laziness... Just feeling like crap.... Prob will have low Cals today.... Tho I planned to increase them this week. Not much if an appetite. Oh well... There's always tomorrow.

Seems like a lot of people are not feeling well. Get better and hope you can make it to the gym.
