man this is so true. the psychological benefit to physical exhaustion is immeasurable. confidence, pride, self esteem, accomplishment, motivation, attitude, belief, introspection... the list goes on. Great post dude!!!

I just completed a 20 minutes HIIT session. Not as much activity as y'all, but I feel good about it.
