Last week, I started to use Chia seed pudding for breakfast and dessert ( maximum 1/4 cup of Chia seed a day, 4-5 days a week ).Plus, I drink a lot of water, eat tons of fruits ( cherry, peach, orange) and vegetable (spinach, carrot), also "enough" amount of meat and pasta, even hamburger.

I loose 1.5 kg since last Friday without having much exercises, Chia seed also supports my digestion. That's amazing result!!!
