Bench: 7X195; Up 1 Rep; On Target
Incline: 8X145; Up 10#; 3 Reps Over
Crunch: 9X205; Up 5#; 4 Reps Over

Monday's a shit show in the weight room. 3.5 hungry hours mostly waiting for equipment. Even with starting at 4. Missed chins cause no fucking bar. Fully depleted, so also look like shit. I have absolutely nothing nice to say, so as my grandmother would have advised - goodnight.
