Dips: 5X45; Up 45#; On Target
Ab Supersets
* Knee Ups - 3X11; up 3
* Plank - 65/45/65; up 20s
* Crunch - 3X35X10#

Again wasn't feeling it on the low calories. Shake + Giant Chewy Sweet Tart + Diet Coke getting the job done. Elbow not happy. Hit with treatment and succumbed to the compression sleeve on Front Squats and Dips. Definitely reduced pain, and made me feel confident that I was not going to injure further. Thanks, Drew. Definite win. Most rippedest I've been yet in that perfect locker room down lighting. Pretty much walking around with abs 24/7 at this point and still fat af around the lower waist. This stage is maddening like that. Whatever. Onward.

Dude, please! You're ripped. I got Crucial Compression sleeves on Amazon. Initially got large, then went medium for more support.

I have the same problem: look defined and taut up top, squishy and soft at the waist to knees. I know the answer is to "keep on keepin' on" with the diet & exercise, but it is frustrating to be lopsided at the moment. You got this, Jimmie 👍🏻
