I’m starting off my morning with avocado toast for 200cal and a juicy, perfectly ripe mango.

I eat this type of toast almost daily. It’s so tasty and very easy to make. I keep it easily under 200 cal by weighing the avocado. This won’t keep me full for long so I usually add a protein bar between breakfast and lunch.

Happy Saturday before Christmas - I love toast, but only have a great oatmeal breakfast my husband makes on the weekends. 😋 👍🎄🎅
